ICE Series

In 2019, I traveled to the Mendenhall Glacier in Juneau, Alaska. Perched on the edge of the Juneau Ice Field in the Tongass National Forest, this magnificent natural creation offers more beauty than one can describe. My husband and I helicoptered onto the glacier valley and ice-climbed to higher peaks for hours. With my camera, I explored each bit of the terrain, capturing abstracts created by nature. For this ongoing series, I've only just begun to paint the beauty of ice, sand, snow, and turqouise water.
